Nick Seip (he/him) is the co-leader of Brooklyn indie band Noods, music writer at Slant Magazine, and Senior Copywriter at Emergence Creative – where he helps give voice to big ideas that serve the common good.
Nick’s fingerprints can be found on projects spanning social movements across the world. Over the past ten years, he’s developed campaigns for housing justice with the United Nations, built digital movements for LGBTQ equity in the US, led marketing efforts for major benefit concerts, and more. Previously, he was the Senior Copywriter at Purpose – a creative agency where he developed bold concepts and narrative visions for brands working to achieve positive, lasting change. Before that, he was the Director of Communications at Cyndi Lauper's True Colors United, an organization he helped build from the ground up since 2013.
Nick is currently busy as ever – reviewing new music, working on Noods’ follow-up to their 2021 album “Blush” (Get Better Records), and riding his bike very long distances. His work has been featured in Rolling Stone, Billboard, Stereogum, NPR, and more.
